Ministry Directors
CHILDREN - Helen Ridler is our Children's Pastor, with oversight of our preschool and primary programmes. She works part time for the church and can be contacted on a Wednesday and Thursday in the church office on 820-0168 or via email - helen@liberty.net.nz. Helen has a passion to see children encounter God and to hear His voice, as well as to equip them to minister God's love to both young and old, through healing and prophecy.There is no such thing as a junior Holy Spirit. Helen radiates joy and life wherever she goes.
COMMUNITY MINISTRIES - Our community ministries is very ably led by Fiona Maisey. Fiona has a tremendous heart for the community and to take revival to beyond the four walls of the church. In particular she has a heart for young people and for supporting young families. She brings a wealth of personal experience to these areas. CREATIVE MINISTRIES - Jo Marshall, is Director of Creative Ministries (art, dance and writing ministries). Learning to use our God-given creativity to bring healing, to bring hope and to release God's presence is something very dear to our heart. God is raising up the arts to prophesy about His love, not only to the church but also to those outside the church. HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH - Joshua Hodson and Joel Murray head up our High School Youth Ministries. Along with a dynamic team of 'on fire' leaders they release the kingdom of God in all they do. Their passion and love for God is infectious and they are committed to seeing youth set free to walk in their destiny, displaying God's kingdom in signs and wonders. HOPE CENTRE -Sue Hodson heads up our Hope Centre which oversees our Sozo Inner Healing Ministry and our Healing Rooms. This area is a growing one with Dream Vesting and Trees of Life Inner Healing Ministry development underway. Sue has a passion to see people come to an understanding of who they are in Christ, to see people realise their God given dreams and to see hope restored and people walking in victory. INTERCESSION - We believe in happy intercessors, a term coined by Benni Johnson from Bethel Church, Redding, California. Jo Marshall leads our team of intercessors, all of whom exude God's love and joy as they plunder the kingdom of darkness, tapping into God's heart as they release heaven here on earth.Standing in the gap is something we are all privileged to do. INTERMEDIATE YOUTH - Our Intermediate Ministry Director is Joel Hodson. Joel exudes enthusiasm and has a tremendous servant heart. He heads up an awesome team of young leaders who are all passionate about seeing younger youth develop a relationship with God and to activate them in a supernatural lifestyle. OVERSEAS MISSION - Our overseas mission director is Margaret Maisey. As a church we are currently supporting four missionaries in various parts of the world. Margaret heads up a team of several others equally passsionate about mission. She has a heart to see the kingdom of God extended into all the nations. PASTORAL CARE - Jenny and Annie head up our pastoral care ministry. As we learn what it is to walk in an apostolic model our pastoral care is designed to connect people to the source of all our help and comfort, our loving heavenly Father. Both Jenny and Annie have a desire to see people know who they are in Christ and to have an intimate relationship with Papa God. PRAYER SERVANTS- Annie Scannell is our Prayer Servant Director. She heads up an awesome team of men, women and youth who are trained to release the kingdom.Annie is also our WOMEN'S ministry director. As a church we believe in freedom and empowerment for all. Women, along with men, are fully redeemed and called to co-lead and co-reign with men. Annie is a woman of faith and has a profound understanding of the favour of God. WORSHIP - Jenny Liddle is our Director of Worship. Jenny has a heart for worship and exudes the joy of the Lord. Along with her team, she is committed to bringing everyone into an encounter with God. Her love for God is central to who she is. Jenny has a real gifting in releasing the presence of the Lord as she worships and a vision to raise up a generation of worshippers.
