Life teaches us to live on a natural perception. God is Spirit and He must be spiritually discerned. We need to cultivate our spirits to discern the reality of Heaven. What God is pouring out is more than we can imagine, but we cannot discern it with our natural senses. We must have faith to believe that we can discern these things with our spiritual senses. Consider this: if under the old covenant there are such evident displays of God's glory what is it like now under the new covenant?

In this message Trent talks about how faith is anchored in the unseen. Faith is the bringing of what is unseen (the promises of God and the reality of His kingdom) into any situation we face. A person of faith will always face a superior reality. Taking hold of God's promises and drawing them into our hearts is faith and will lead to a life of victory.

In the old covenant the priests had to stand daily because their work was never done. We get to sit down with Jesus because of the completed work of Jesus.
