We will be a church that demonstrates SERVANT LEADERSHIP§ A church whose leadership will exercise authority with humility, selflessness, grace, care for the “sheep” and a sincere desire to build up the Body of Christ. § A church that does nothing for “religious effect” but rather to operate in natural low-key, non-hype patterns. § A church that does the ministry of Christ with joy. § A church that has developed an atmosphere of ease, and to speak, and act in a way that best allows the glory to go to God
